Batac and Vigan, Ilocos Sur
Day 2-3 (April 6-7, 2008)
When we got there we asked the tricycle driver to drive us to the nearest hotel at heritage site. We stayed in one of the old Spanish mansions at Grandpa’s Inn. If only we knew the name of the heritage street we rather stayed at Cordillera’s Inn located at Calle Crisologo. I’ve really wanted to sleep in an old Spanish mansion but I haven’t tried yet in my great grandpa’s house.

More to see are the Singking Bell Tower, Pottery Making, Hidden Secret Garden and the Baluarte owned by Governor Chavit Singson.
To roam around the old city, try to take a kalesa ride for Php 150 per hour or rent a tricycle for an adventure tour around the city.
